LV & Partners is a consulting Civil and Municipal Engineering company founded in June 2007 by PJ Lindeque and WE Visser. Targeting the small to medium segment market in Pretoria, South Africa, LV & Partners plan, design and supervise the installation of the full spectrum of municipal engineering infrastructure including water, sewer, roads and stormwater related projects.

The company structure and size varies on a project basis depending on the nature, time frames and targets set by the client. LV & Partners also partners with a South African software company in Cape Town facilitating cutting edge, cost effective designs and solutions in a record time.
